    Based in Herzliya Pituach, Israel, Arkin raised $60 million for its first biotech venture fund in 2016 and invested it in startups such as Oncorus Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of viral-based treatments for cancer, and Lexington, Mass.-based Keros Therapeutics Inc., which develops drugs for blood and musculoskeletal disorders.

    The venture-capital has raised its second fund, a $150 million vehicle it will use to fund early stage enterprise technology deals, including startups focusing on data governance and construction software technology.
